Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Hayatcards! Because we sell pre-owned / second-hand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than shipping problems (such as items damaged in transit or wrong items received).

Returns 

We have a 7-day return window only for shipping-related issues. This means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong item

To start a return, please email us at hayatnices@gmail.com with photos clearly showing the damage or the wrong item received.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Non-returnable items 

As all our products are pre-owned collectibles, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Condition dissatisfaction (other than shipping damage)

  • Other personal reasons

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We do not provide exchanges for second-hand items.

 

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your approved return, if the return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
